This bench mark is located on the wall in the former Chicago & North Western Railroad depot in Wakefield which is now used as the local museum. According to a person at the museum, the bench mark was donated and came from the former water tower in Wakefield. The name of the person who donated the bench mark was on the underside of the cap. After talking to this person, he could not confirm where it had originated, but thought it was from around the old water tower.
