FOREST MONUMENTS
The National Forest at Halsey has a variety of survey monuments including GLO brass caps for section corners, USGS bench mark and triangulation station monuments,and various monuments marking the corners of tree plots. The tree plot markers can be capped water pipes, bronze disks, or scribed posts.
