Kurt Luebke This Missouri River Commission bench mark is located in the town of Running Water, South Dakota. The cap is different than other Missouri River Commission bench marks. It is thought that this cap is perhaps a replacement cap that was affixed to the pipe after the original cap was taken. Recovered by Kurt Luebke.
