USC&GS Triangulation Station

This triangulation station is located on Veteran Peak approximately 5 miles south-southwest of Sturgis, South Dakota. On the top of the peak are communication facilities with one building next to the triangulation station. An access road leads to the site. Recovered by Kurt Luebke, Jenny Stukel Penry and Jerry Penry.
