Located approximately 3 miles northwest of Nebraska City along the east side of a north-south county road and south of the Missouri Pacific Railroad. This locality was formerly the site of Graham's Mill. Recovered by Gene Thomsen and Jerry Penry.

The top of the bench mark at ground level.

The bronze cap is still near perfect after 110 years.
