Located on the south side of the courthouse in Hot Springs, South Dakota. This magnificent structure was built in 1891 from nearby quarried sandstone blocks. The building would have only been around 7 years old when the bench mark was placed. Recovered by Kurt Luebke, Jenny Stukel Penry, and Jerry Penry.
