This bench mark is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Neck Yoke Road and Spring Creek Road south of Rapid City, South Dakota. It has been hit by some type of machinery, possibly a mower, that has leaned it to the west and damaged the cap. Recovered by Kurt Luebke, Jenny Stukel Penry, and Jerry Penry.
