This bench mark is located between two protective large rocks in an area of Custer State Park about 10 miles northwest of the town of Buffalo Gap. It is located just east of a road that connects this park with Wind Cave National Park. Continuous rain and snow made getting pictures a little bit of a challenge.

Looking easterly from a location just east of the nearby road.

Looking westerly toward the road which provides easy access.
