This Standard Township Corner was established by the U. S. Geological Survey in 1897 on the Black Hills Meridian Base Line at the SE Corner of Section 36 between Ranges 5 and 6 East. It is easily accessible with a short walk. Recovered by Dave Ingram and Jerry Penry.
